A mission to pick deprived and children from the street and educate them, provide them with food
and atmosphere, skill training, professional courses, and physical development such as games,
martial arts, yoga to groom them as healthy and useful professionals who are eligible to get a job
in the industries or corporates, otherwise start their own business...is the real force behind T.P.E.
Today India faces a grave problem of homeless street children that/who miss education and no
opportunity to groom themselves as skilled professionals or become professionals to become self-independent and lead a decent life.
These children don’t have anyone to give them food, think about their education, none is there to
take them to a school to get admitted, there is no school system in the India to manage their life
until they grow up. As a result, they become street children doing menial jobs, and laborer's lead
their hopeless life. There are 20 million children in the street like them. What they miss is a
guardian who can take them to school, feed them when they feel hungry and guide them through
different facets of life until they are matured, making them to be one of the best professional and
respected citizens of India.
Dr. Prabhakar Rao Chaware Ji has been living as a social worker for the last 35 years, and he
started his social work giving martial arts lessons to girls to help them in self-defense. For the last
35 years he has been living as an educationist, scholar and a social worker.
To expand the scope and service in his horizon, he launched Technical Professional Education
(T.P.E) in India, a non-profit non-governmental organization (N.G.O) in Subhash Nagar, Delhi on
14 April, 1991, under the society Act.
After an accident and having sustained disability, Dr. Prabhakar Rao Chaware – the author of the
book Science for Genetic Engineering – chose to live for the society, and he has been serving
society since 1985. In the beginning, he taught 10-15 young girls martial arts to keep them
physically fit and healthy.
Till date, thousands of such children and deprived people have already been benefited by the
mission of T.P.E in India.
Our resolve to bring back more like them to the normal life. Give them an opportunity to bloom
like any other blessed members of the society who have got parents, support and money. We want
to groom them and help them grow, treating them like our future generation, educating them,
giving them shelter, making them industry-ready professionals through systematic and quality
education.
From basic education to professional training, we provide them with all facilities like books, dress,
food, shelter, class rooms, teachers and from time-to-time conduct tests to assess the level of their
knowledge and skill set through examinations.
We also intend to help the deprived section of the society, educating or training for skill
development and advanced skill training to make the self-dependent to earn a living.
